The correct operation of fine bubble aeration equipment on wastewater treatment plants is necessary for the biological process that maintains final effluent quality. Aeration will consume the major portion of total site energy and therefore the efficiency and maintenance of this equipment is extremely important.

Datosill have many years on site experience and involvement in the construction of new and refurbishment of existing diffused aeration plants and air mixing systems.

We have repaired and refurbished all types of fixed / lift out type aeration grid systems and replaced damaged or worn out air diffusers. Our on site welding capabilities minimises downtime of the aeration equipment and possible consent failures.

We also supply or hire complete aeration systems for temporary or emergency situations.
