Anaerobic Digestion of sewage sludge, food / garden waste and animal slurry are processes that require equipment to collect, store, pressurise, burn, clean and use biogas to generate electricity, provide heat, run hot water boilers and eventually to fuel vehicles and inject back into the natural gas grid network.

Datosill have many years on site experience and involvement in the construction and refurbishment of sludge digesters and associated equipment including digester mixing systems, hot water boilers, heat exchangers and sludge pumps.

We are able to supply and install membrane gas holders, flare/vent stacks, biogas refining equipment and to fabricate all interconnecting stainless steel pipework, pressure test, nitrogen purge and commission on gas.
